A Prayer A Day.org Mission Statement

To promote Prayer in the daily lives of Americans; especially, those that may be in mortal danger: 1}The Active United States Armed Forces in combat, or other dangerous areas and their families. 2} Persons with serious illnesses. 3} Victims of Disasters, ie. Hurricanes 4} People who are starving. The target area is initially South Florida The organization is nondenominational.

Activity

I. Provide A Soldier’s and Sailor’s Prayer Book free to military personnel and their families from the South Florida area. Provide a Chat Room for Active Military and Their Families. A special edition of A Prayer A Day for people with serious illnesses and hurricane victims. The geographic area may be expanded.

II. To provide referral services that may be required to active military families and persons with serious illnesses.

III. Provide Search/Rescue and Relief in the event of diassters, ie, Terrorist events, Hurricanes.

IV. Promote: The Free Rice program through the United Nations; Helping to feed the starving, while helping children and others build English and vocabulary skills.

V. Education of the South Florida population of the value of dialogue with God.

VI. Compilation of stories that reinforce the value of prayer in daily life.

We are beginning to focus on the first sentence of our Mission Statement: To promote Prayer in the daily lives of Americans

Means

I. Contributions, Public and Private Grants.

II. Psalms Poetry Contest. CLOSED

III. Strategic partnerships with other organizations.

IV. Corporate Sponsorships.

You are never a lone, God is with you, just waiting to talk to you. You talk to God in prayer He responds in subtle ways. Like, an idea you have never had before; an unexpected call with an offer, a kindness; meeting a goal that did not seem possible; escaping an accident or an ambush that you should not have escaped. All things are possible with God.

All Religions believe in PRAYER. Only the Name is different.
